You should provide the division order department with a copy of that portion of the trust instrument that identifies the successor trustee, its duties and powers, and the circumstances leading to the trustee’s replacement. You should also provide us with the successor trustee’s address. You should also record an affidavit of successor trustee in the county where the well/s is/are located.
